You Think Too Much!

It sometimes amazes me what you can learn from truth that is not even the main point of the passage you read in the Bible.  Here’s a truth that goes against the common conservative wisdom, but it’s right there in the Scriptures.  So, I wonder…  common conservative wisdom OR Scripture?  What should you follow?  How will you have to change your thoughts or actions to obey the Bible?

Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children. (2 Corinthians 12:14)

 

Think of the Corinthians Christians.  Remember what scathing letters Paul wrote to them.  Now, without looking, what is the topic of the last thing Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians?
