Loyalty Again – What I’m Reading

“One mark of a healthy home is the fact that the members of it have an intense loyalty to the other members of it. Other factors are necessary, obviously, but in a godly home, this should certainly be present. This includes loyalty to the persons, reputations, and opinions of everyone else in the home. Included in the many practical aspects to this, are obedience, verbal respect, and defense, when appropriate.” (My Life for Yours, p. 129)


This is the last paragraph of ideas from the “Junk Drawer” in Wilson’s book, My Life for Yours. The book takes a very practical, down-to-earth approach to living our Christianity. Soon I’ll be reading something else! –Jeff Voegtlin
