Servings: 16
Ingredients:
- 4 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 pk onion soup mix
- 1/2 sm pepperocinni w/ juice (better with mild or medium giardinera mix)
- 1 pk Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
- 16 Italian Style Hamburger buns
- 1 c Italian Bread Crumbs
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients (except buns) together.
- Form into 1/4 pound patties.
- Refrigerate for “some time” to let flavors blend.
- Grill like normal hamburgers.
- Serve on Italian hard rolls.
