Italian Beefburgers


Servings: 16

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb.  hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb.  mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 pk  onion soup mix
  • 1/2 sm  pepperocinni w/ juice (better with mild or medium giardinera mix)
  • 1 pk Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 1 clove  garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 16 Italian Style Hamburger buns
  • 1 c Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 3 eggs

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except buns) together.
  2. Form into 1/4 pound patties.
  3. Refrigerate for “some time” to let flavors blend.
  4. Grill like normal hamburgers.
  5. Serve on Italian hard rolls.
