And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.  (Acts 18:26)

It was interesting to see in this verse a spiritual, preacher of the Lord receiving spiritual instruction from a woman. I guess that could be done in Acts without usurping Apollos’ authority.

Dr. Jeff Voegtlin has been in Christian service for over twenty years. He is an associate pastor at Fairhaven Baptist Church in Chesterton, Indiana, and a Vice President of Fairhaven Baptist College.
