What if they are one and the same?

In Proverbs these two are brothers.  It must be really bad if these traits are in the same person.

He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.  Proverbs 18:9

Dr. Jeff Voegtlin has been in Christian service for over twenty years. He is an associate pastor at Fairhaven Baptist Church in Chesterton, Indiana, and a Vice President of Fairhaven Baptist College.   1. That’s an interesting thought. The truth is that many people are guilty in both areas. In fact, as I look at my own life I see many areas where I could work harder and where I could be less of a waster of time, money, and many other of my life’s resources. I find myself guilty in both areas. What starts as a humorous question really comes across to me as very convicting and I appreciate you pointing it out in that light. Thanks.
